Payments
Yes! If you live near the Green Bay area and would like to pick up your order, please use code "LOCALPICKUP" at checkout to remove shipping costs from your order. When your order is ready for pick up, we will email you with pick up instructions. Pick up is northeast Green Bay (past UWGB).
Local pickup still has a processing time of 2-5 business days. If you are looking to "rush order," please contact us prior to ordering to ensure we are available to pull your order in the timeframe you are hoping for.
Returns
We hope you love your order but if you find you need to send anything back, we offer store credit or refund back to original form of payment. This applies to product(s) that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with attached tag and/or box or bag, and are in original condition. This excludes sale or clearance items, jewelry, and bath & body.
Items need to be shipped back to us within 21 days after the day they have been shipped to you. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@dellajewelryco.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated within 2 business days. All major credit card providers generally take 5-7 business days to process your refund before it appears in your bank account.
Shipping
Orders are processed in the order we receive them unless you've chosen expedited shipping (available on select products). Generally, we have an order processing time of 1-4 business days prior to shipping. Once shipped, you can track your order via the tracking information provided to you in the email you provide at checkout and you can generally expect your order to arrive within 2-5 business days.
Carrier tracking would provide you with up-to-date information about your package. If it gets stuck or never gets delivered to you, please contact us at hello@dellacoboutique.com and we can assist you with the next steps.
Chances of receiving defective item is rare but it could happen. If you've experienced this or have any other concerns about your order, please take pictures of a product which shows defect/damage clearly and contact us at hello@dellacoboutique.com
